Cooperation Agreement for the Establishment of the Youth Board
This agreement aims to institutionalize cooperation of organization Young Intellectuals, Hope and the Municipality of Shkodra for the creation of the youth board in Municipality of Shkodra. The board intends gathering together youth actors and local institutions, for identifying youth problems in Shkodra and presenting them to decision makers in order to find common solutions. Implementation of youth joint actions in the service of community.
