Youth Card Problems
We, youths of Shkodra under the motto "Youth Dares" have discussed about the problems that disturb us that should have the attention of every governmental team.With the desire to avoid being used by politics but to use politics to solve our problems through constructive debates, we set our priorities that require your attention to engage in programs and government alternatives for local government elections which are as lower:
Social Contract
Organizations under the project "Facing the political offers / POP 2015 - Social Contract", supported by Olof Palme Center Albania, through the financial contribution of the Swedish Government, organized in Shkodra a series of activities with youths to identify and select youth needs and focus priorities which aims to address the candidate with a view to their inclusion in policies, plans and local budgets and long term fulfillment of their respective local governments, if the candidate will be awarded in the 2015 Local Elections.
